摘  要:以大连长海县长山大桥为工程背景,介绍海上承台双壁钢吊箱围堰的设计和施工,双壁钢吊箱围堰同时作为承台防撞结构永久保留;对双壁钢吊箱围堰作为海上施工临时结构的构造特点、结构形式进行详细阐述,并对海上施工临时结构的设计荷载取值、设计控制工况进行分析,通过MIDAS Civil 2006建模整体计算设计结构构件,验算各工况下围堰各部分受力情况,整体介绍了双壁钢吊箱围堰海上拼装、整体吊挂下放的施工方法。This paper takes the Changshan Bridge in Dalian as an example to introduce the design and construction of the offshore pile cap's double wall steel-boxed cofferdam which will be permanently reserved as the pile cap's anti-collision structure.Meanwhile,the paper elaborates the structure feature and structure type of the double wall steel-boxed cofferdam which is taken also as the temporary structure during offshore construction,and analyzes the design load value and control working-condition in design of offshore construction's temporary structure.By using MIDAS Civil 2006 for structure member modeling and entire calculating,the paper checks the stress situations of every part of the cofferdam under every working-condition.Moreover,some construction methods are introduced generally in this paper too,including the offshore assembly method and entire placement down by suspending and hanging method.
