摘 要:结合哈罗铁路,针对岩盐盐胀、盐溶、松胀等不利工程特性,确定了硫酸岩盐路基施工技术。通过建立路基试验段,选用了重型碾压、冲击碾压、重锤夯实、换填4种硫酸岩盐路基基底处理方法,提出了利用岩盐作为路基填料的填筑方法。埋设沉降板,观测了工后沉降。经过现场观测数据可以发现4种处理方法路基基底变形量都可满足规范的要求,从经济性方面综合考虑,建议采用施工成本最低的重型碾压法作为岩盐路基基底的处理方法,验证了利用岩盐作为路基填料的可行性。并分析了岩盐路基本体的变形特征。Combined with Hami-Lop Nor Railway,aiming at salt expansion,salt solution,loose and other unfavorable engineering characteristics of rock salt,this paper ascertained the construction technology of earth filling of sulfuric acid rock salt subgrade.Through establishment of subgrade test section,four bottom surface treatment methods of sulfuric acid rock salt subgrade,including the heavy rolling,impact rolling,heavy tamping and soil replacement,were chosen to use,and the filling method of using rock salt as subgrage filling material was proposed in this paper.Meanwhile,settlement data observation on site after construction through embedded settlement plates was performed.The observation results demonstrate that all the four methods of bottom surface treatment of sulfuric acid rock salt subgrade could meet the requirements of specification.And from the economic consideration,the paper suggests that the heavy rolling method which is relatively cheaper than other methods can be used as the treatment method for rock salt subgrade.The paper also validates the feasibility of using rock salt as subgrage filling material and analyzes the deformation characteristics of rock salt subgrade.
