摘 要:为了分析综采工作面超前支承压力的分布特征,以及塑性区、围岩位移分布规律和采动影响下煤层底板的破坏规律,应用UDEC软件对钱营孜煤矿3212综采工作面进行了数值模拟对比分析.结果表明工作面推进190 m,前方支承压力基本维持不变,应力集中系数为2.4左右,超前影响范围为35 m左右,底板岩层破坏的程度和深度在几个开采周期中保持一致.这些结果与现场矿山压力观测结果基本吻合,为巷道超前支护、加强支护提供了理论与技术依据,也可以为相似条件下工作面的安全开采及支护提供借鉴.Aiming at analyzing the distribution characteristics of abutment pressure of fully-mechanized face,plastic zone,displacement of surrounding rock,and deformation of seam floor under the influence of mining,a comparative analysis was conducted at No.3212 working face in Qianyingzi mine using UDEC software.The results show that when the face advances 190 m,the abutment pressure remains unchanged,stress concentration factor is approximately 2.4,the advance influence range is around 35 m,and the level and depth of deformation at seam floor remains unchanged during a few mining circles.After cutting coal seam,the direct roof caves in into goal;the displacement vector reaches its maximum limit;the floor appears heaving and coal wall appears spalling.These results are nearly identical to the pressure observation in mine,and provide a theoretical and technical basis for roadway advanced and strengthening support.This study provides a useful reference for safe mining and supporting in working face with similar conditions.
