摘 要:为分析夹层板几何与物理参数改变对其在均匀纵向压缩下稳定性的影响.采用三维实体单元建模,利用FEM对夹层板失稳特性进行研究.针对不同夹芯形式、不同夹芯网格的疏密程度和不同表板厚度等因素,计算比较了不同几何和物理参数夹层板在压缩载荷作用下的稳定性,得到了不同类型夹层板的临界载荷.分析了夹层板几何和物理参数对其失稳的敏感性,得出了相关参数对夹层板失稳时的敏感因子,对夹层板的功能设计具有指导意义.To study the stability characteristics of sandwich plates with the variation of geometric and physical parameters under self-compressed loading,three-dimensional solid units were used in building the model.Also,a finite element analysis method(FEM) was applied to investigate the instability characteristics of sandwich plates.The instability characteristics had been studied by varying the geometrical and physical parameters such as the form of sandwich core,the numbers of sandwich core and the thickness of surface layers when the plates were under compressive load.Therefore,the critical loads of different types of sandwich plates were obtained.In addition,the sensitive factors of geometrical and physical parameters of sandwich plates had been obtained.This study is of significance to the functional design of sandwich plates.
