摘　　要：介绍了以P89V51为核心,利用D\A转换产生扫描电压和阶梯波电压,再通过电压转电流电路产生阶梯波电流,来测量NPN和PNP的输出特性曲线,并测出值。As the core of the system to P89V51,this article introduces using the D\A converter to produce scanning voltage and step-wave voltage.And then we generate the stepped wave current though the voltage to current circuit.At last we measure the output charac teristics of NPN and PNP and measured the value of。
