摘　　要：分析了客货运输工作组织过程中的运输排队过程,总结出运输排队过程的特点;引入排队网络来描述运输排队过程,利用数学方法分析了运输排队过程中卸载队列和出发队列的变化规律;利用Flexsim仿真软件对运输排队过程进行了模拟仿真,更形象地了解整个排队过程的变化情况,为有效地组织客货运输工作提供了帮助。The transportation queuing processes in the process of passenger transportation and freight transportation are generally analyzed.The characteristics of the transportation queuing processes are summarized.And the queuing network chart is used to describe the transportation queuing processes.Then the state variables and equations to model the unloading queues and departure queues are analyzed.And the transportation queuing process is simulated by the Flexsim software.So the transportation queuing process can be clearly known and the research will be helpful to organize passenger transportation and freight transportation.
