摘 要:针对辽河油田减二线柴油含酸量高的特点,分别采用醇氨法和四甲基氢氧化铵法脱除柴油中的环烷酸,着重考察了脱酸剂组成和剂油比对脱酸效果的影响。实验结果表明,醇氨法脱酸在反应温度313K、反应时间1h、脱酸剂与柴油的体积比为1∶2、脱酸剂中氨水的体积分数为30%的条件下,脱酸率最高,可达95.80%;四甲基氢氧化铵法脱酸在反应温度333K、反应时间1h、脱酸剂与柴油的体积比为1∶5、脱酸剂中四甲基氢氧化铵的质量分数为5%的条件下,脱酸率最高可达98.24%,并用FTIR对辽河油田减二线柴油中环烷酸的结构进行了鉴定。Due to its high naphthenic acid value,alcohol ammonia method and tetramethyl ammonium hydroxide method were carried out to remove naphthenic acids from Liaohe distillate Oil.The key influence factors,include the deacidification agent composition and the reagent/oil ratio,were studied in this paper.The results showed that optimized experimental conditions of alcohol ammonia method are as follows: temperature is 313 K,reaction time is 1 h,and reagent/oil ratio is 1∶2.When the volume fraction of ammonia arrives at 30%,95.80% deacidification efficiency is obtained.The optimized conditions of tetramethyl ammonium hydroxide method are as follows: temperature is 333 K,reaction time is 1 h,and reagent/oil ratio is 1∶5.It was found that 5% tetramethyl ammonium hydroxide was suitable for the preferable deacidification efficiency,which is 98.24%.FTIR spectrum was used to characterize the structure of the recycled naphthenic acid.
