黄原胶对造纸滑石粉的助留效果

摘　　要：以环保型生物胶黄原胶为滑石粉的助留剂,通过单因素实验研究了黄原胶对成纸灰分、紧度、耐破指数、抗张指数、撕裂指数和耐折度的影响。黄原胶用量为0.20%时,对填料滑石粉的留着效果最佳,此时加填滑石粉的成纸灰分为7.86%,紧度0.62g/cm3,耐破指数0.049kPa.m2/g,抗张指数48.49N.m/g,撕裂指数18.26mN.m2/g,耐折度730次。各项指标均满足成纸要求,黄原胶可以作为填料滑石粉的助留剂。Using enviromental friendly xanthan gum for the retention of the filler talc powder,this article mainly studies on the retention effect of xanthan gum on the filler talc powder by the factor experiment.When the charge of xanthan gum is 0.20%,the optimal retention to filler talc powder can be obtained.Some indexes of the sheet filled with talc powder are as follows:ash content 7.86%,apparent density 0.62 g/cm3,burst index 0.049 kPa·m2/g,tensile index 48.49 N·m/g,tear index 18.26 mN·m2/g,folding strength 730 times.The paper properties meet the requirement and xanthan gum can be used for the retention aid of talc filler.
