摘 要:采用电沉积方法制备PAN基碳纤维/羟基磷灰石复合材料,考察了碳纤维基体燃烧氧化、沉积条件,包括沉积时间、沉积电压、沉积温度对沉积效果的影响,利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)对羟基磷灰石(HA)涂层的晶相进行了分析测试,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析了PAN基碳纤维燃烧氧化前后的表观形貌以及燃烧氧化前后电沉积HA的表观形貌。研究结果表明,经燃烧氧化处理过的PAN基碳纤维更易得到均匀的HA沉积涂层,其较佳的沉积条件是沉积时间为30min,沉积电压为25V,沉积温度为90℃。PAN carbon fibre/hydroxyapatite composite was prepared by electro-deposition method in this experiment.The influence of oxidized carbon fibre and depositional conditions including deposition time,deposition voltage and bath temperature on the deposition effect was studied.The crystal phase of hydroxyapatite coat was investigated by XRD.The surface morphology of oxidized and unoxidized carbon fibre electrodeposited and un-electrodeposited was observed by SEM.The results showed that homogeneous HA coat was obtained more easily using oxidized PAN carbon fibre as substrate.The optimal conditions were 30 min of deposition time,25 V of deposition voltage and 90 ℃ of bath temperature.
