摘　　要：介绍了水深及海岸地形测量数字成果验收与管理系统的主要功能,简述了系统库结构设计方法以及系统设计的关键点。该系统是一套基于OracleDBMS的管理系统,实现了对数字成果图的自动审验、数据交接、数据录入、数据管理、数据查询与提供、数据接收和系统维护等功能模块;建立了完善的安全管理机制,能够自动记录用户的操作过程。系统功能设计完全从实际需要出发,切合生产实际。In this paper,the main function of the inspection and management system for digital products of depth and coast topographic survey is introduced,and the designed method of the database structure and the key point for designing the system are briefly described. The system is a management system based on Oracle DBMS,which has the function models of automatic inspecting of digital products,data transferring,data recording,data managing,data inquiing and providing,data receiving and system maintaining,etc. and also has a completed safe management system. The designed function of the system could meet the actual requirement of users,with which the operating procedures of users can be recorded automatically.
