服务业FDI技术溢出效应的影响因素分析——基于中国16省市面板数据的实证研究

摘　　要：本文在现有研究和相关理论基础上,选取了4个影响服务业FDI技术溢出效应的主要因素,并利用中国16省市的面板数据对其进行了实证检验。结果发现:法制水平、劳动力市场化程度、服务业的发展水平等因素与服务业FDI的技术溢出效应显著正相关,而人力资本水平对服务业FDI技术溢出效应的促进作用只有在经济发展到一定水平时,其作用才会显著为正,即服务业FDI对地区经济的技术溢出效应存在人力资本的"门槛效应"。This paper analysed the relationship between technology spillovers of service FDI and the determinants.It empirically assesses the significance of these factors using panel data of 16 provinces in China with a robust multivariate regression model.The result shows that regions will get more benefits from service FDI technology spillovers,where the level of rule of law,the degree of labor market liberalization and the level of service development are better.In addition,technology spillovers of service FDI have threshold effect of human capital.Only after a certain level of economic development,will human capital facilitate the spillovers effects.
