客运专线道岔垫板尺寸偏差及强度可靠性分析

摘　　要：以客运专线道岔垫板实际尺寸偏差为样本,确定了一定可靠度下尺寸偏差均值的置信区间,指出根据此区间可制定工艺尺寸偏差范围或验证其合理性;利用计算出的尺寸偏差均值和方差以及应力强度干涉理论,计算出了护轨垫板在最大垂向力和螺栓预紧力作用下不发生屈服失效的可靠度,并指出对护轨垫板可靠度影响最敏感的参数是厚度尺寸偏差。Taking the actual size deviations of tie plates of turnouts in passenger dedicated lines as samples,the confidence interval of the mean value of size deviations under a certain reliability is determined,and then the range of technical size deviations could be defined or its rationality could be verified according to this confidence interval.By using the calculated mean value and variance of size deviations and stress-strength interference theory,the reliability of tie plate of guardrail without yield failure under the maximum vertical force and bolt preload are calculated.The most sensitive parameter on the reliability of tie plates of guardrail is the thickness deviation.
