摘　　要：钢轨探伤车在客运专线基础设施维修基地内经过检修后,需进行整车试验,以保证良好的设备状态,探伤试验线是维修基地的必要组成部分,但其设计尚无明确的标准和规范。通过分析总结钢轨探伤车的试验需求,对探伤试验线的建设标准等要求进行研究,对适应于不同检测速度的钢轨探伤车试验线的组成及长度进行分析与计算,最后提出客运专线基础设施维修基地探伤试验线的设计原则和技术要求。After being served at the facility maintenance base in passenger-dedicated line,the rail flaw detection vehicle must be tested in order to ensure good device status.The test line for rail flaw detection vehicle is a necessary part of the facility maintenance base,but,by the time of this paper issued,there is no relevant norm or standard for it.In this paper,the test requirements of rail flaw detection vehicle are analyzed,the construction standard for test line are discussed,and the compositions and lengths of the test line applied to different speed of flaw detection vehicle are calculated.Finally,the design principles and technical requirements for test line of rail flaw detection vehicle are introduced.
