摘  要:京包铁路大包段自开行C80型万吨重载列车以来,轨道设备伤损增加,质量状态显著恶化。通过对定点轨道设备的观测、分析,并结合铁道科学研究院的试验结论,提出大包段轨道设置的参考标准。推荐标准为:优质75kg/m钢轨,R≤1 200 m曲线采用热处理钢轨。轨枕:直线以及R>600 m曲线地段采用Ⅲ型混凝土轨枕,R≤600 m区段采用Ⅳ重载轨枕。扣件:Ⅲ型枕区段采用强化扣件,Ⅳ重载轨枕区段采用配套弹条Ⅵ型扣件,在小半径曲线地段采用弹性轨撑。曲线超高:根据客货均衡速度调整超高,适当减小过超高。Since the 10 000 tons C80-type heavy haul trains run on Datong-Baotou section of Beijing-Baotou Railway,the track facilities are increasingly damaged and their quality status are deteriorated considerably.In this paper,the reference standards for track facilities in this railway section are proposed on the basis of observations and analysis of fixed track facilities and the experimental results presented by China Academy of Railway Sciences.The recommended standards are following: 75 kg/m high quality rails should be adopted,and heat treatment steel rails should be used for R≤1 200 m curve tracks;Ⅲ-type concrete sleepers should be used for straight or R>600 m curve tracks,and Ⅳ-type heavy haul sleepers should be used for R≤600 m curve tracks;enhanced fastenings should be used for Ⅲ-type sleepers,and Ⅵ-type spring clip fastenings should be used for heavy haul sleepers;elastic rail braces should be used for small radius curve tracks;superelevation should be adjusted according to passenger and freight equalization speed and superelevation excess should be reduced properly.
