摘　　要：介绍TJQZ-T注射式调高球形钢支座调高原理和结构特点,并用有限元分析方法对关键零件进行仿真分析。介绍密封结构的原理和优点,针对其经济效益进行评价。设计球形钢支座调高试验的方案,对调高前后球形支座的性能参数进行对比分析。通过试验验证了调高球形支座结构的可行性,为全面应用调高球形支座打下了良好的基础。This paper introduces the principle and advantages of TJQZ-T,a spherical bearing which the height of it can be heightened by injection.Earlier,finite element analysis was used in the simulation analysis of the key components of TJQZ-T.This paper also introduces the principle and advantages of the sealed structure,and evaluates its economic benefits.Further,the paper introduces the design of experiment scheme of heightening the spherical steel bearing,and analyzes the performance parameters of this kind of bearing before heightening and after heightening.The experiments had verified the feasibility of heightening spherical bearing structure,and could lay a good foundation for wide application of this kind of spherical bearing..
