摘 要:黄土的工程性质十分复杂,在地下水异常丰富地区的黄土常伴随湿陷性、大变形、高地压等特性,开挖施工常引起隧道支护开裂,围岩塌陷等。依托郑西铁路客运专线张茅隧道,通过对施工中隧道与围岩结构施工力学行为和施工工艺的研究,分析总结三台阶七步开挖技术,对有效地控制沉降变形提出了施工技术方法和要点,实现快速施工,对保证隧道结构安全起到重要作用。The engineering properties of loess is very complex.In areas where the groundwater are unusually rich,loess are often accompanied by the characters of collapsibility,large deformation,high earth pressure etc.So construction excavation in loess area usually causes tunnel support cracking, surrounding rock collapsing and so on.In this paper,Zhangmao Tunnel in Zhengzhou - Xi'an Passenger-dedicated Railway Line is taken as an example.By means of study on surrounding rock's mechanics properties and construction technology of this tunnel,the paper analyzes and summarizes the three-bench seven-step excavation method.Moreover,this paper offers some construction methods and key points of controlling effectively settlement and deformation.It is concluded that this kind of construction technology of three-bench seven-step excavation could play a important role on rapid construction and tunnel structure safety.
