摘　　要：介绍严寒地区CRTSⅠ型无砟轨道板的结构特点和在制造过程中全线推广使用的钢筋数控加工、蒸汽养护自动温控、预应力自动张拉、锚穴口自动成槽和成品板平整度自动检测5项工艺创新,对今后我国严寒地区CRTSⅠ型无砟轨道板预制具有重要的示范和推广价值。This paper introduces the structural characteristics of CRTSⅠ ballastless track slab in cold area and five widely employed innovative technologies in terms of digital controlled reinforcement processing,auto temperature control of steam curing,auto pre-stressing,auto channeling of anchor hole,and auto inspection of finished slab,which play an importance role in the demonstration and implementation of the prefabrication of CRTSⅠ ballastless track slab in cold area.
