摘　　要：依托哈大客运专线后张法预应力简支双线箱梁盆式橡胶支座安装和支座砂浆灌注,简述支座的选用、安装方法及固定支座位置的确定方法,分析客运专线简支箱梁直曲线和连续梁曲线段固定支座位置安装的区别,指出高速铁路或客运专线支座安装施工中易出现的问题。总结自流平砂浆灌注流程及冬季施工采取的措施,分析干缩裂纹产生原因,提出其解决方法。On the basis of the installation and grouting of the basin-type rubber support for post-stressed simple double track box beam,this paper briefs on the selection,installation and positioning of support,analyzes the differences in the positioning and installation on the simple box beam straight curve and the continuous beam curve,proposes some problems likely to be encountered during support installation on high speed railway and passenger dedicated railway line,and summarizes the procedures for grouting by gravity and the winder construction processes,analyzes the causes of cracks and presents solutions.
