摘  要:长大桥梁运架梁过程中,由于架桥机不断远离预制梁场,考虑工期、架梁工效等因素,有时需采用两运一架或多运一架(2台或多台运梁车喂1台架桥机)的方案。哈大铁路客运专线5号梁场(鲅鱼圈制梁场)北向架梁658孔,在架梁工期较为紧张的客观情况下,采用双运一架并设置运梁车会车平台方案,提高了架梁工效。就会车平台的方案比选、位置选择、设计、施工进行介绍。During transportation and erection of long bridge beams,2 transport vehicles/1 erection machine,or more transport vehicles/1 erection machine(2 or more transport vehicles serve 1 erection machine) have to be employed when the erection machine is getting farther from the beam fabrication yard as far as construction duration and work efficiency are concerned.Those 658 spans of beams to be erected to the north of No.5 beam fabrication yard(Bayuquan beam fabrication yard) of Harbin-Dalian Passenger Dedicated Line require 2 transport vehicles and 1 erection machine with vehicle passing platform for short of construction time.Such an arrangement has improved beam erection efficiency.The comparison and selection of crossing platform programs,the determination of the platform location,the design and construction of the platform are introduced.
