摘 要:为了减少温室气体排放,有效利用能源,人们就如何提取并应用煤矿乏风中低浓度甲烷进行了长期的研究.本文根据甲烷容重明显低于空气容重的特点,设计了低浓度甲烷分离提纯现象的试验装置.通过该装置预混塔上的浓度传感器观测甲烷在静置后不同高度处甲烷浓度随时间的变化情况.结果表明:在所设计的预混塔内,甲烷浓度开始稳定所需的时间与高度呈线性关系:T=T0+Ah;静置稳定后,甲烷浓度与高度呈指数关系:C=C0(1-eAh).并据此提出了简单、经济的从煤矿乏风中分离提纯低浓度中甲烷的思路.In order to reduce greenhouse gas emission and efficiently utilize energy,there are many studies in extracting and utilizing low-concentration methane in mine return air during past years.As methane density is much lower than air density,this study designs a test device to observe the phenomenon of low-concentration methane purification.The stratification phenomenon of methane has been observed during the study.The results show that the relationship between the stable time of methane concentration and the height in the premixed tower can be described as linear function: T=T0+Ah;and the relationship between the stable methane concentration and the height can be described as exponential function: C=C0(1-eAh).Based the observation,this study presents a proposal for easily and economically separating and purifying methane in mine return air.
