摘 要:从呼和浩特化肥厂附近表层土壤中分离到一株脱硫杆菌菌株Z1.该菌株的生长曲线表明菌体生长迅速,延滞期约为4h,对数生长期持续时间大约12h,稳定期较短为12h.通过脱硫实验考察了pH值、盐度和溶氧量对脱硫率和菌体生长的影响,结果表明:在pH=3.0~8.0、盐度为0~20%(NaCl%,W/V)的范围内,该菌株能正常生长.具有一定的耐酸性和耐盐性.当pH=6.0、盐度0.5%和装液量75mL/250mL时,该菌株生长最好,脱硫效果最佳.A desulfurization bacterium strain Z1 was isolated from surface layer of the soil nearby a chemical fertilizer plant of Hohhot.The growth curve indicated that the strain grew rapidly,initiate retardation phase of the strain was 4 h logistic phase and stabilization phase both sustained 12 h.The effects of pH,salt concentration and dissolved oxygen on the growth of strain Z1 were studied.The results suggested that the strain grew well under pH=3.0~8.0,salt concentration of 0~20%(NaCl %,W/V).The strain Z1 possessed acid and salt tolerance properties.The optimum conditions for growth of Z1 and desulfurization efficiency were pH 6.0,salt concentration of 0.5% and liquid medium volume of 75mL/250mL.
