摘 要:换档电磁阀是液力机械自动变速器接口元件,其工作时序反映了变速器的控制思想,通过采集换档过程电磁阀的占空比,再结合油路可以分析出变速器换档过程的控制逻辑.对消化吸收国外先进液力机械自动变速器电液换档控制技术,进而开展液力机械自动变速器的国产化研究具有重要意义.针对美国ALLISON公司生产大功率液力机械自动变速器HD4070PR设计了一套基于虚拟仪器的数据采集系统,对其电液换档控制技术进行研究.重点解决了多路电磁阀占空比的测量问题,并对换档电磁阀的工作时序进行了试验研究.The shift solenoid is the interface component of automatic transmission,whose working schedule reflects the control strategy of automatic transmission.The control strategy of automatic transmission can be analysed during shift,by collecting solenoid duty and referring oil circuits.It is very important through studying electro-hydraulic shift control technology of abroad advance automatic transmission to develop automatic transmission localization research.A set of data acquisition syetems is designed based on virtual instruments for automatic transmission HD4070PR which is manufactured by American Allison transmission company,and of which electro-hydraulic shift control technology is studied.The problem of a number of solenoids duty measurement has mainly solved and analysis solenoid working schedule is analysed by an experimental study.
