摘 要:以钛酸四正丁酯为前驱体,以硫酸为抑制剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了纯的TiO2/SO24-和TiO2/PO43-/SO42-催化剂.通过使用电镜、红外以及氮气吸附脱附对其进行表征,结果表明催化剂为具有孔结构的球形纳米催化剂,微粒分布较分散.并应用于乙腈的加成反应,以乙腈和甲醇为原料在低温条件下合成了原乙酸三甲酯,并讨论了反应工艺,得到最佳反应条件.TiO2/SO2-4 and TiO2/PO3-4/SO2-4 were prepared by a modified sol-gel method with tetrabutyl titanate as a precursor and sulfuric acid as inhibiting reagent.The catalysts were characterized by N2 adsorption-desorption isotherms,infrared spectra and transmission electron microscopy.The results indicated that the catalysts of application for the addition reaction of acetonitrile were nanoporous sphere particles which showed better distribution.The trimethyl orthoacetate was synthesized by this catalyst with acetonitrile and methanol as materials and the optimal reaction conditions were obtained by discussing the reaction technique.
