菊花品种黄金虎再生体系的建立

摘　　要：黄金虎(Dendranthema grandiflorum(Ramat)Kitamura)是一种观赏性强、经济价值高的菊花品种.文章以黄金虎叶片为外植体,在MS基础培养基中添加不同浓度的植物生长调节剂进行高效稳定再生体系的建立.结果表明,叶片外植体在添加3mg/L 6-BA和1.7mg/L NAA的MS培养基中的不定芽再生率高达96.7%.不定芽在添加0.1mg/L NAA的1/2MS培养基上生根粗壮,且移栽平均存活率高.Dendranthema grandiflorum(Ramat) Kitamura is a well-ornamental strain of chrysanthemum with high economic value.A effective regeneration system from leaves of Huang jinhu is developed.The results show that with the MS medium plus 3 mg/L 6-BA and1.7 mg/L NAA,the regeneration rate of shoots is up to 96.7%.The shoots rooted on the 1/2 MS medium with 0.1 mg/l NAA grew strong,and the average survival rate of transplants was high.
