摘　　要：近年来,油价的不断上涨导致了农机作业成本的逐年走高,增加了农户的负担,打击了农户和农机手的作业积极性。为此,我国在一些省份开展了农机用油补贴的试点工作。在对山西农机户和山西、浙江、吉林3省的农户的调查的基础上,对燃油支出在农机作业成本中构成情况、燃油价格变动对农机作业的影响情况、农户对补贴期待性进行了实证分析,论证了农机用油补贴的必要性。同时,参考相关行业的补贴经验提出可行的政策性建议。In recent years,the cost of agricultural machinery kept increasing because the fuel price was raising steadily,which deeply increased farmers' burden and also hurt the agricultural machine operators and farmers' enthusiasm.Therefore,the government started to make experimental work for subsidizing agricultural machinery fuel expenses in some provinces.According to the research into machine operators in Shanxi and farmers in Shanxi,Zhejiang and Jilin,the article demonstrates and analyses how the fuel expenses involve in agricultural machinery costs,how the fuel price changes affect agricultural machinery operation,and what the farmers' expectation on government subsidies.Furthermore,it reveals the necessity of government subsidies on agricultural machinery fuel.Meanwhile,the article also makes viable policy and suggestions based on experiences of government subsidies in relevant industries.
