国内耕地资源价值研究现状及展望

摘　　要：针对国内耕地价值研究进行了回顾与展望,运用文献资料法指出现有研究存在的不足和未来深入研究的方向。同时,介绍了目前耕地价值研究集中于耕地价值构成、区域尺度上的耕地价值核算及其核算方法和耕地价值影响因素等几个方面。研究表明:耕地价值的实现、提升、地块研究尺度、评估模型、影响因素模型及农户行为影响等方面的研究有待加强。The purpose of the paper is to review and forecast the study of cultivated land value in china,and point out flaws in the existing studies and the in-depth directions in future studies.Method of documentation was employed,results indicate that existing studies of cultivated land value mainly focus on the constitution of value,value calculation in regional scale、calculation method and influencing factor.It is concluded that the studies regarding the realization,promotion,parcel research scale,evaluation model,influencing factor model,farmer behaviour shall be enhanced.
