摘  要:温度是决定烤烟幼苗生长发育的重要因子之一,影响着烟叶最终的产量和品质。南方多数烟区育苗阶段早春低温和后期高温严重影响着健壮烟苗的培育。为此,选用云烟87,Msk326,中烟103和贵烟4号等4个烤烟品种烟苗在低温(8℃)、高温(39℃)和对照(25℃)分别处理3d,测定其部分生理生态指标,研究烤烟幼苗受到温度胁迫后的生理生态适应性。结果表明,4个品种在受到高温和低温胁迫后,电解质渗透率、丙二醛含量、脯氨酸含量和可溶性糖含量均显著上升,且低温胁迫对烟草造成的危害高于高温胁迫造成的危害;而叶绿素含量、根系活力、POD和CAT酶活性则因不同品种的耐寒与耐热性不同而表现出不同的变化趋势,说明不同品种对温度胁迫存在着不同的生理生态响应机制。Temperature is one of important factors which affect growth and development of flue-cured tobacco seedling and yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco leaves finally.Lower temperature at early spring and higher temperature at late spring limit culture of healthy seedling in southern tobacco cultivated area.In order to study physiological ecological adaptation of flue-cured tobacco seedling after temperature stress,the experiment was conducted with different temperature,which is 8℃,25℃ and 39℃ for three days by the material named respectively Zhongyan103,Guiyan4,Yunyan87 and Msk326.The results showed that cell electrolyte leakage,MDA contents,proline contents and soluble sugar contents increased significantly for all of varieties after temperature stress comparing with favorable temperature(25℃),which means damage of tobacco seedling in 8℃ is serious.However,chlorophyll contents,root vigor,POD and CAT have different change trends with difference variety.These conclusions indicated that adaptation ability to unfavorable temperature for seedling of Flue-cured tobacco is different for four varieties.
