养殖场UBF反应器设计与模拟研究

摘　　要：应用UBF-SBR中温废水处理工艺解决我国规模化养殖场畜禽粪便和废水处理问题,是有效办法之一。根据重庆合川某生猪养殖场的实际情况,设计出配套的UBF反应器相关尺寸参数和内部管道结构,并结合FLU-ENT软件,模拟分析反应器投入使用的可行性,同时找出尚存的不足,为下一步优化改进提供理论依据。Using UBF-SBR process in wastewater treatment is one of effective ways to solute the problem cased by animal manure and wastewater in large-scale farms in China.According to the actual situation in a pig farm in Chongqing Hechuan,the related sizes and internal pipeline structure of the matching UBF reactor is designed.And then FLUENT software is use to simulate the possibility of using reactor,find out the gaps remaining for further improvement research as well.
