摘　　要：农业科技成果价值评估网络管理信息系统运用PHP技术,实现了对农业科技成果评价的科学化、公平化、高效化和网络化的管理,推进了农业科技成果转化的进程。为此,具体介绍了该系统的详细设计,包括体系结构设计、总体功能设计、数据库设计和系统安全设计,并且简述了系统各类用户的使用权限、方法以及工作的业务应用平台。Network management information system for value evaluation of agriculture scientific and technological achievements uses PHP technology,it realizes scientific,fair,efficient,networked management of assessing the scientific and technological achievements of agricultural and promotes agricultural scientific and technological achievements in the process of transformation.This paper introduces the detailed design,including system structure design,general functional design,database design and system safety design,among them briefly describes system access to all kinds of users,method and the business application platform of work.
