摘 要:综述了国内外研制的各种类型的理瓶机,重点阐述了各类理瓶机的工作原理、特点和适用场合。针对植物组织培养实际生产中广泛使用的培养瓶的特点,以及继代培养生产过程对培养瓶排队机构的要求,分析了各种类型理瓶机应用于培养瓶自动排队中的可能性,提出了基于输送带式理瓶原理,设计适于培养瓶排队作业的轻简型输送带式排队机构。The progress of different kinds of unscrambler both domestic and overseas was reviewed,and the emphases described were working principles,features and applications of the different unscramblers.According to the features of the culture bottles which were wildly used in plant tissue culture,and the requirement for settling the culture bottles in producing tissue culture seedlings,the possibilities of applying the different unscramblers in settling culture bottles were analyzed.It is indicated that a queueing mechanism which was suitable for settling culture bottles should be designed based on conveyer belt theory.
