摘　　要：为解决烤烟烘烤环节人工编烟耗时费工等问题,根据夹紧机构理论,设计开发了两种烤烟夹。试验结果表明:烤烟夹夹紧力稳定,操作方便,降低了编烟劳动强度,节约了编烟用时,夹烟量为常规编杆的1～2倍,大大提高了夹烟量,提高了工作效率,降低了成本。综合其各方面性能,烤烟夹具有很强的广谱性。In order to solving the problem of lengthy and taking a lot of time of manual plaiting tobacco leaves,according to theory of on clamping force mechanism,designed and developed two kinds of tobacco leaf folders.The results showed that its clamping power was bery steady,convenient to operate,reduced labor intensity,reduced the time of plaiting tobacco leaves,tobacco leaves folders were 1-2 fold of regular plaiting tobacco leaves,greatly raised tobacco leaves folders,improved the efficiency,reduced costs.Synthesize all sectors of capability,the tobacco leaf folder have strong broad-spectrum property.
