摘  要:为了研究机械密封周围腔体内流场流动与热量扩散情况,应用商用软件ANSYS CFX12.0对离心泵后密封腔内流体进行流场与温度场模拟。为了保证机封周围不出现热积累现象,在后腔体上加了一个2mm厚的筋板,并对其进行数值模拟,结果表明:原后泵腔内流动较均匀,主要沿壁面流动,层次分明,但散热效果较差;加了筋板后,流体在腔体内的流动增加,速度分布不再均匀,腔内的流动湍动能增加,温度梯度变化趋于平缓,整体散热效果较好。In order to study the flow fields and heat diffusion surrounding the mechanical seal,numerical simulation about flow and temperature fields was performed for the rear of centrifugal pump's cavity by commercial software ANSYS CFX12.0;and to guarantee heat accumulation phenomena not appeared,some changes were made on the pump's back chamber,which a 2mm thick rib-plate was added,then the same simulations were done for the new one.The results show that,the flow in back cavity without rib-plate is more uniform and distinct,but the thermal energy is difficult to diffuse;while velocity in back chamber with rib-plate is not clear any more.In the cavity,the flow and turbulent kinetic energy are increased.Then the variation of temperature gradient tends gently,the heat diffusion is better than the original one.
