摘　　要：花生联合收获过程中,在地面连续变化时常规的限深轮、限深靴等仿形机构不能对地面变化做出迅速响应,造成在收获过程中出现了因挖掘深度不均匀而导致的漏挖等情况。为此,通过将挖掘铲与限深轮固接,并在弹簧的预紧力作用下,遇到地形突然变化时整个悬浮式限深机构首先做出响应,并在弹簧拉力作用下,调整挖掘铲的入土角度,从而调节挖掘铲入土能力,在短时间内调节挖掘深度;同时,依靠弹簧的拉伸与收缩,挖掘铲绕铰接点转动,并对悬臂梁与挖掘装置进行相对位移变动,保证了挖掘深度的一致性,使得挖掘收获更加平稳。During the process of united harvesting peanuts,the profile modeling mechanism,such as regular depth wheel and depth boots,cannot respond to the changes on the ground when the ground consistently changes.As a result,leak digging can happen because of the uneven digging depth in the harvests.This design,combining the digging shovel and limited depth wheel,can make the suspension mechanism firstly respond to the sudden changes of the ground with the help of the preloaded force of the spring.And with the pull force of the spring,it can adjust the angle of the digging shovel entering the earth in order to adjust the capability of the digging shovel and the digging depth in a short time.Depending on the stretch and shrink of the spring,the digging shovel turns around the pivotal point and can cause the relative displacement change of the cantilever beam and mining equipment,which promise the consistent digging depth and smooth digging harvests.
