摘　　要：为了掌握农机作业合作社的发展现状,引导、规范农机合作社健康、有序的发展,对哈尔滨市126个农机作业合作社进行了深入的调研与考评,从规模、管理、效益、发展潜力等方面总结了农机合作社组建的经验,论述了农机作业合作社在农业机械化进程中的作用,指出了目前农机作业合作社存在的问题,对今后农机作业合作社的发展提出了建议。In order to know the current situation of agricultural co-operations,guide and standardize agricultural co-operations' healthy and orderly development,this paper based on the investigation and evaluation of 126 Harbin's agricultural co-operations,summarizes the set-up experience from scale,management,efficiency,potential,etc,then discusses the operation of agricultural mechanization of the agricultural co-operations,points out the problems,and make a in-depth discussion of the agricultural co-operations' future.
