摘 要:根据我国南方丘陵地带甘蔗的田间生长状态,引入水平力的作用分析,构建甘蔗田间生长受力新模型。结合田间力学测试,获得对甘蔗的作用及影响规律。利用该模型进行了甘蔗弯曲受力分析,采用Solidworks仿真获得了甘蔗根部应力及挠度。结果表明,随着作用点与甘蔗根部距离的增大,甘蔗根部的最大应力及甘蔗尾部的最大挠度也增大。Based on the growth station of sugarcane in hillside of south China,the effect analysis of horizontal force was introduced to modeling the press force of sugarcane growth.Combined with field test,the effects of horizontal force on sugarcane growth were made clear.Based on this model,the curving press force was analyzed.The root stress and flexibility were got through SOLIDWORKS simulation.The distance of action spot was enhanced,the root stress and flexibility were increased.
