摘 要:主要阐述了一种新型高速可调宽窄行水稻插秧机移箱机构的设计与关键件强度校核工作。该机构的整体结构设计主要采用逆向工程的设计方法,参考现有成熟机型的外形构造和材料选择等,初步设计优化后,完成基本的设计任务。通过分析移箱机构中关键件滑块的运动过程,建立起等效的弹簧减冲击模型,经过一系列的计算得到滑块的最大载荷,再利用ansys/workbench有限元分析软件,对其进行静力学强度与疲劳强度分析,从而完成零件的强度校核工作。This article mainly explained the design of the seedling feeder mechanism in a new kind of adjustable wide-narrow row high-performance rice transplanter and strength check of the key part.Simulation analysis has been done by the maximum load which be acquired in established equivalent model.The entire mechanism is mainly designed by the means of reverse engineering,taking reference to configuration and selection of materials of currently mature machine.In the mean time,because curves at the rotation joint of rails at two ends of bidirectional screw shaft in the new machine are designed with optimized method,slider will only receive very small impact when its go through the two ends of the rails.Basically,spring impact-reducing model can be used to calculate the force of the slider received.After getting the maximum load through a series of calculations,simulation analysis software can be used to finish the verification of strength.
