哈尔滨市农业结构效益及竞争力的县域比较分析——基于偏离份额分析模型

摘　　要：通过建立偏离份额分析模型和相关指标的定义,对哈尔滨市所辖11个县域的农业经济增长份额、农业结构偏离份额、产业竞争力偏离份额3个分量及其对应的指数进行对比分析,考察哈尔滨市各地区的农业结构效益和竞争力;同时,以哈尔滨市作为标准参照区域对各地区在不同农业产业部门中的结构效益与竞争力进行了比较,分析各县域的农业发展优势;最后笔者针对分析结果提出建议。This article through the establishment of the deviations from the definition of share analysis model and related indicators,Harbin under the jurisdiction of the 11 counties of the agricultural share of economic growth,agricultural structure deviate from the share of industrial competitiveness deviate from the share of the three components and their corresponding index were analyzed to investigate of Harbin,the region's agriculture-effective and competitive force;Harbin as a standard reference area on the efficiency and competitiveness of regions in the structure of the different agricultural sectors compared to the analysis of each county's agricultural development advantages;Finally,the author for analysis results to make recommendations.
