摘  要:为了解决水稻育秧过程中取土劳动强度大、效率低等问题,在汲取传统各种分步取土装置优缺点的基础上,将各类装置进行有机的组合和合理配置,设计出水稻育秧联合取土机。在黑龙江省大庆市江湾乡对水稻育秧联合取土机样机进行了生产性试验。试验结果表明:同样时间内,水稻育秧联合取土机取土量是人工的2倍,碎土率达到94%以上,这主要得益于水稻育秧联合取土机对土壤多次敲击和粉碎。In order to solve the problems of earth-gathering of the Rice seedlings in the process of labor intensity and low efficiency and so on,based on the advantages and disadvantages of of all kinds of equipments from traditional steps in all kinds of soil in the device,we combine all kinds of organic combination of the device and the reasonable configuration,and design the rice seedlings earth machine,and prototype productive experiment In Daqing city Jiangwan town HeiLongjiang province,the experimental results show that: at the same time,rice seedlings of soil in the united earth machine of artificial twice;broken soil rate above 94%,this is due to the rice seedlings on soil repeated joint earth machine knock and shattered.
