摘　　要：针对我国烟草种植区烟草栽培仍然沿用传统的人工挖坑、浇水、移栽这样一种费工、费时、劳动强度大、保苗率低的栽培农艺过程,设计开发了自走式烟草移栽机。该机采用回转式鸭嘴挖坑丢苗与阀桶式浇水相结合的移栽机构,并由小功率汽油发动机驱动实现自走。该机一次可完成挖坑、浇水、施肥、移栽和覆土等作业。该移栽机主要由投苗移栽系统、浇水系统、仿形控制系统、转向系统、变速行走系和链传动装置组成。田间试验结果表明,该机移栽深度在80～100mm之间,其作业质量符合烟草种植农艺要求。According to traditional tobacco cultivation mainly via manpower which require a lot of labor,time-consuming,intensity of labor and lower survival rate,this paper design and developed this self-propelled tobacco transplanting machine.Rotary duckbilled-shaped seedling planting and valve bucket watering mechanism are adopted.And a low power gasoline engine is used to provide power.This machine achieves open hole on the seedling,watering,fertilizing,seeding transmission,burying in the same time.The machine mainly composed of seeding transmission,watering system,copying control system,steering system,speed changing system and chain transmission device.Field testing(transplanting depth:80～100mm) proved that the machine meets the requirement of tobacco agricultural science.
