重庆农机技术推广现状及对策分析

摘　　要：农机技术推广是衡量农业现代化水平的重要标志。为此,借助迈克尔.波特的"钻石模型"理论,分别从农机技术推广的生产要素、需求状况、影响因素、组织结构和运行机制、面临的机遇和政府政策等6个方面对重庆农机技术推广的现状进行了分析,并由此提出了增加财政投入、加强人才体系建设、完善组织体系和运行机制及完善配套基础设施等对策建议。Agricultural mechanization technology promotion is an important indicator of the level of agricultural modernization.With Michael Porter's 'diamond model' theory,the article analyzes the status of agricultural mechanization technology promotion of Chongqing,respectively from production factors,demand conditions,Influence factors,organizational structure and operational mechanism,facing the opportunities and government policies,and thus puts forward such measures as increasing financial investment,strengthening human resources,improving the organizational system,improving the supporting infrastructure.
