摘  要:设计了一种新型双层拱架结构塑料大棚,并对其透光率进行了分析计算,外层棚的平均透光率为76.08%,能满足棚内植株生长发育光照要求。将薄膜与骨架看作一体,采用三维建模软件构建双层棚的整体模型,运用有限元方法对外层棚进行较准确的受力分析。结果表明,新型大棚能够增加拱架的结构稳定性,解决了过去只对骨架或单拱分析计算造成的误差,为该棚型的进一步优化和改进提供了必要的依据。A novel double-layer plastic greenhouse structure was designed,and the transmittance of light on outer shed was analyzed and calculated,and the average transmittance of the type is 76.08%,which can meet the need of plant development.Considering the film and the skeleton of arches as a whole,and using 3D modeling software through the finite element method to build the overall model of double shed,the stress and displacement were calculated and analyzed accurately under two working conditions.The results show that the new type plastic greenhouse can increase the stability of arch structure.And the adopted method was more effective compared to just analysis on single arch or framework solely in past.In general,the working can provided the necessary basis to the further optimization and improvement in future application.
