摘　　要：发展农业机械化必须因地制宜,防止任何形式的"一刀切"。黑龙江省地域广阔,各地区气候条件、资源条件、社会经济条件等都不尽相同,因此在以农业机械化促进农业现代化的进程中,各区域的战略重点必然不同。为此,针对各地区的特点,提出了黑龙江农机发展战略布局。Development of agricultural mechanization must be adapted to local conditions,to prevent any form of across the board.Heilongjiang Province,a vast territory and regional climatic conditions,resource conditions,socio-economic conditions are all different,and therefore in the process of modernization of agriculture in promoting agricultural mechanization,the regional strategic focus must be different.To this end,for the characteristics of each region,Heilongjiang agricultural development strategy.
