摘　　要：在当前社会主义新农村建设的背景下,农村非物质文化遗产的保护也正处于关键时期,农村非物质文化遗产保护工作做得如何,最终关系到新农村文化建设的精神内涵与文化主体的确立,以及和谐社会的构建。本文论述了非物质文化遗产对于新农村文化建设具有重要价值和意义,探讨了进一步加强新农村文化建设中非物质文化遗产保护和开发的具体措施。In the contemporary background of socialistic New Countryside Construction of China,rural intangible cultural heritage protection is at a critical period. How we can protect the rural intangible cultural heritage ultimately relates to the spirit of New Countryside Cultural Construction and to the establishment of cultural subjects,as well as to the harmonious society construction. This paper discusses intangible cultural heritage's value and significance on New Countryside Cultural Construction,and explores the specific measures which could be applied to strengthen the intangible cultural heritage protection and development in the Construction.
