摘　　要：介绍了基于引导词的HAZOP分析方法在新建炼厂酸性气处理装置设计中的应用。通过回顾该分析方法的具体应用情况,指出在项目的设计阶段进行HAZOP分析,能识别设计、操作程序与设备中的潜在危险,从而将项目危险尽可能消灭在其实施的早期阶段,对完善设计,消除隐患,是十分必要和有效的。This article describes the application of HAZOP analysis method with guide-word as the base to the sour gas treatment unit in newly-built refinery plant.Through reviewing the specific application of the analysis method,the article points out that HAZOP analysis which is made during design phase of the project can identify potential hazards in the design and operating procedures and in the equipment.Thus the risks of the project can be eliminated as much as possible in the early stages of project implementation,which is necessary and effective to improve design and clear up potential hazards.
