摘 要:维修性设计是军用飞机保障特性设计重要工作之一,随着数字化设计手段的广泛应用,为适应军用飞机数字化设计平台环境,满足维修性设计评价的型号工作需求,本文以数字化产品系统为基础,构建了包括产品数字化设计、维修任务仿真、维修性分析评价为一体的维修性评价平台。针对某型飞机光电探测设备整体组件拆装情况,依据构建的维修性评价数字化平台实际工作流程,本文最后介绍了在飞机设计阶段,如何开展对光电探测设备整体组件拆装的维修性验证评价。Maintainability design is one of the important work for supportability design of military aircraft.The platform concerning maintainability evaluation is constructed integrating with product digital design,maintain task emulation,maintainability analysis evaluation base on digital product system in this paper,because of the broad application of digital design measure and in order to adapt the environment of military aircraft digital design platform,meet the aircraft requirement of maintainability design evaluation at the same time. How to process the maintainability validation of the knocked-down about photoelectric detect equipment whole module of a certain aircraft,the circumstance of which is the base,in the aircraft design phase is introduced in the end in this paper according as the practical flow of the constructed digital platform concerning maintainability evaluation.
