摘 要:非物质文化遗产保护就是确保其生命力,但在"如何确保"这个问题上,起初有两种截然不同的观点:保守路线认为现代遗产"物化"手段和"环境稳定"是不二法门;激进路线则认为与时俱进的产业发展是必然选择。近几年讨论较多的生产性保护就是在这两种路线基础上形成的新路线,它强调从文化生产角度探索非物质文化遗产可持续保护的方法,既强调继承性,又重视发展性;既强调精神性,又重视实践性、经济性;既强调外在保护,又重视自我发展。当然,生产性保护要具体问题具体分析,要坚持以人为本、保护为主、依法生产等原则。The safeguarding of intangible cultural heritage is to guarantee its vitality.But,there are two different viewpoints of 'how to guarantee' at the very beginning of the safeguarding activitis of China:the conservative people regard the way to 'materialize' present heritage and the 'stable environment' as the only rules;on the contrary,the radical ones assume industrial development keeping the pace with the times is an inevitable choice.The productive safeguarding discussed in recent years is a new path which was formed on the basis of the former two paths and,put importance on exploring ways to sustainably safeguard intangible cultural heritage in a vision of culture.It emphasizes inheritance and development,protection and self-development,as well as spirit,practice and economy.Nevertheless,productive safeguarding also needs to make concrete analysis of concrete problems and,remain committed to the principle of people foremost,priority of safeguarding and production in accordance with relevant laws.
