摘　　要：国家文化生态保护区建设是非物质文化遗产生态保护的一种新举措。文化的生态性、文化生态的系统性与文化生态系统的动态性与区域性,是国家文化生态保护区建设的理论依据。自然生态保护区建设、物质文化遗产保护,尤其是生态博物馆建设的实践,为国家文化生态保护区建设提供了丰富的实践经验。国家文化生态保护区建设刚刚起步,也面临着各种复杂的问题,如申报与保护主体问题,分类、分级与范围问题,法规与机制问题,保护与发展关系问题等。只有正确认识这些问题的实质,才能提出科学有效的对策。The national cultural ecology reserve construction is a new act of intangible cultural heritage protection.The ecological attribute of culture,the system of cultural ecology,and the dynamic and regional aspects of cultural ecology system are bases of understanding the national cultural ecology reserve construction.Natural reserve construction and tangible cultural heritage protection,especially the construction of ecology museum provide national cultural ecology reserve construction with fruitful practical experience.National cultural ecology reserve construction has just started and encountered complicated problems,such as problems of declaration and protection subject,of classification and range,of regulations and mechanisms and of protection and development,etc.To know the nature of these questions can help find effective solutions.
