摘　　要：介绍了糠醛精制装置中溶剂糠醛腐蚀设备的情况,对造成设备严重腐蚀的原因及机理进行分析,提出需要从合理选材、添加新型缓蚀剂等方面采取综合预防措施。实践证明,装置腐蚀得到了有效控制,使装置大修周期延长。This paper specifies the corrosion of equipment caused by the solvent furfural in the furfural refining unit and analyses the reason why it results in so serious corrosion for the equipment and the relevant mechanism. Then the paper concludes a series of preventive measures mainly in selecting material properly and adding the new corrosion inhibitor. Practice has proved that the corrosion to the unit has been effectively reduced and the overhaul cycle of the unit has been extended.
