摘　　要：硫磺回收原料酸性气烃含量超标后不完全燃烧生成炭黑,造成催化剂失活,管线堵塞等问题。在深入分析硫磺回收原料酸性气带烃影响的基础上,提出了相应的技术措施。When acid gas feedback to sulfur recovery unit contains excessive hydrocarbon,its incomplete combust will produce carbon black,resulting in catalyst deactivation,pipeline plugging and so on. In this paper,the author analyzes the effect of hydrocarbon contained in acid gas feedstock to sulfur recovery and then proposes some relevant technical measures based on the in-depth analysis.
