摘　　要：徒手控制抓捕是人民警察在执法行动中最常用的技法之一,合法、适当、有效地运用徒手控制技战术,是保证人民警察顺利完成任务的关键。从实战角度去阐述徒手控制抓捕的现实意义、在应用徒手控制技术时对所涉及到的人体关节生理结构分析、徒手控制的实战技战术动作及在抓捕实施过程中应注意的问题等方面的研究,以便提高人民警察临战处置能力。Free hand control and arresting is one of the most commonly used techniques in police law enforcement.Legal,proper and effective free hand control technique and tactics is the key for police to complete the mission successfully.This paper illustrates from the perspective of actual combat the practical significance of free hand control and arresting,analyzes the physical structure of human body joints involved in applying free hand control techniques and discusses the problems which appear in the process of applying free hand technique to arresting activities.
